• Group membership: Information about which groups you belong to and your role (member/admin)

4.1 Within Your Groups

Your display name, avatar, and check-in activity are visible to other members of your accountability groups. This is essential to the core functionality of ShowUp.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove all your personal data including:

• Your profile information (email, display name, avatar)
• Your check-in history
• Your group memberships

Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes, but this data cannot be linked back to you.
